Somehow, Prada has managed to make an otherwise masculine boot feminine. What in the world … a garter belt for my boots? Surely you wouldn’t want to find yourself in a predicament with your boots falling down — how embarrassing. While that won’t happen, the garter does make them sexy. And because of that, they are in such demand! In fact, Saks Fifth Avenue put a stipulation on this boot stating that you cannot purchase more than 3 pairs within 30 days. At $1350, I’m sure you were planning on buying 5 … however, you’ll have to wait 30 days to buy the other 2 pairs.
