One of the least expensive accessories you can wear is nail color. A quick change when the mood hits. Not to mention, just plain fun!I am here to tell you that I've fallen for another blue from Essie. This teal is absolutely gorgeous. Go Overboard goes on much darker that the bottle indicates. Such an easy and universally flattering color on both fingers and toes.
