While it might not take much to lure me into
fashion's enchanting world, it's not often that I get lost between the magic and the mystery ... where time races, yet it doesn't feel as if a second has gone by. The jaw-drop lasts for hours. Yes, I've been seduced by Emerson's world. And I feel compelled to share her world with you.

Meet my new friends, Emerson and Ryan of
EmersonMade. A few weeks ago, I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with Ryan and I'm thrilled to share their story.
From Portsmouth, New Hampshire, life on the farm has certainly treated this couple well — inspiring creativity not only in flowers, but photography, as well. How can you not fall in love with Emerson's style. It's magnetizing!

It all started on the streets of New York City, where complete strangers would offer to buy Emerson's flowers right off of her lapel. What's a girl to do? Make more, I suppose. And so she did. With a passion for flowers, Emerson created a blog as an artistic outlet. Then, years later, she and Ryan recognized the business potential.
EmersonMade valiantly emerged. While the main business encompasses flower accessories for many occasions (
weddings being a big portion), I'm excited to announce that EmersonMade is expanding into a clothing line. Get out, you say! I know. Who doesn't want one of those ties often found on Emerson herself in her photos!
I have to tell you, EmersonMade was not a complete coincidence. After all, Emerson is a classic oil painter with fashion design school under her belt. And Ryan manages multiple thriving businesses. It was a business that was just meant to be.

Before moving from New York, summers were spent in New Hampshire. Emerson and Ryan happened upon a farm house and ended up renovating it. Ingenuity from all angles!
With the up-and-coming clothing line due out soon, you can bet it will include, what I call, 'want-to-wear-able' and timeless pieces. It will, and should absolutely, resemble Emerson's style, in which I am captivated by.

While running a farm is anything but glamorous (
though, the photo shoots prove differently), the long hours pay off again and again. And fortunately, the EmersonMade mill is just down the road from the farm, where eight ArtistFlowerMakers work hard every day to deliver you fantastical accessories to dress up or down. And guess what? The flowers travel well, in addition to adding instant sweetness to any ensemble.
Emerson and Ryan: best friends and partners in marriage + business. Does it get any better? Oh yes, visit
EmersonMade for yourself and you will find that it does!
Besides, they are such cutie patooties! With great spirit and fantastic energy.
