Hello, spring Cucinelli.

There isn't much about you that I don't love. In fact, I could lounge in you, work in you, lunch in you, date night in you, lacrosse field and volleyball court in you, and the list goes on.

The SS16 collection is sure to get you revved up for the new season! Now, bring on the warm weather.

During my recent visit to NYC, I had the opportunity to stop in one of my very favorite designer boutiques, Brunello Cucinelli. A sea of delicious neutrals that turn the heads of even the brightest of folk. Between the fabrics, cuts and relaxed styles, I was in heaven. I want the whole collection!

From one piece of fabulousness to the next, I was high on the rich brilliance that is the fall line. And this fur — yes, it will be mine.

I love a challenge. Even one that exists in my head ... that call to style someone for multiple events — especially if it involves Alexander McQueen. While I would not typically dress a client in one designer from head-to-toe, it's not a challenge unless you can take 100% Alexander McQueen and pull together looks that are effortlessly elegant, smart and polished, yet at the same time, believable.
By day, this look would carry you through a meeting or two (layer underneath or add a jacket, if needed), press conference, photo shoot and an impromptu interview. I love the garnet wide-neck A-line dress with these black and ivory lizard platform pumps. A structured hangbag is perfect for the day's events, as is the minimal, yet striking, jewelry. We'll turn up the volume for evening so you can hop from event to after party with ease in this fun gray silk square dress and these titanic ballerina pumps. Modern jewelry, along with this awesome dogtooth knuckle-duster clutch, adds a bit of attitude! A day to be remembered, for sure.

You got the sneak peak at Jimmy Choo for H&M last month. Now, just weeks before it hits the store, check out more of the line sure to excite the masses.

Speaking of the masses, it’s a good thing that H&M is only launching the collection in 200 stores. I can already see the lines and feel the chaos. As much as I’m excited about its offering, I am not one to put myself in crazy situations like that. However, if you plan to be one of the millions to brave H&M on the 14th this month, choose your items wisely. In order to avoid looking like everyone else on the streets, skip the clothing and go for the accessories only. Pick one pair of shoes (not four), one belt and one piece of jewelry. This way, you can utilize these inexpensive pieces to accent your personal style. Who doesn’t want a little Jimmy Choo?
