Inspiration is all around us. In our homes, nature, wallpaper, make-up, travel. Personal style is evident in everything that we do, as well as the way that we live. The choices we make represent our perception of what is enticing, compelling and meaningful. So ... what inspires you?
While [my] style files can certainly inspire thoughts and ideas, your style is an individual thing. Different images will strike different chords and emotions in you.
I encourage my clients to clip pictures from magazines that evoke a feeling. These pictures should include wardrobe items, accessories, home décor and geographic locations. Whether you collect images in a notebook or hang them on your wall, they are there to inspire. And guess what? It will make getting dressed each morning that much more exciting!
