Every year around this time, my hands turn to ice and my fingers freeze up. The older I get, the worse my circulation. My family can certainly attest to this, as I often wrap my frozen digits around their steamy faces, necks or whatever they will let me put my hands on ... they are like heaters, I tell you!
My latest craving (or addiction, since I now own four pairs) — fingerless arm warmers (or really long gloves). Honestly, I should never take them off. I bet the model that I styled for a shoot last Friday wished I didn't, too! Poor thing had to endure my frigid touch as I dressed her. What a trooper!
Thank goodness arm warmers aren't hard to find. Between J.Crew, GAP, Nordstrom, REI and Etsy, I am in heaven. I am digging the cable knit variety, in addition to any with interesting detail. In terms of lengths, I have them all! Short, medium, long and extra long. They are easy to layer over long-sleeve tops, especially my black sheer jersey tee. Super fun and super toasty! Toasty being the operative word.
